It's the Lunar New Year, and to celebrate the occasion, Candywriter has released a new scavenger hunt event in the game. Similar to previous ones, the event revolves around performing multiple specific tasks. How to complete the Lunar New Year Scavenger Hunt in BitLife
In the ongoing Lunar New Year Scavenger Hunt, there are a total of 10 different tasks, and I have mentioned every one of them in the list below.
Black Paper Lantern: Go to the Gym
- This one is simple. After turning 15, go to the Mind & Body under the Activities tab and select the Gym option to finish the task.
Yellow Paper Lantern: Adopt a Pet
- To adopt a pet, click on the Pets option under the Activities tab. In the following menu, select Animal Shelter and adopt any of the pets in the long list of options. Remember, you should not have any criminal records for adopting a pet in BitLife. So, be sure not to commit any crime until you make an adoption.
Orange Paper Lantern: Learn any Martial Arts Technique
- Learning Martial Arts is very easy in BitLife. Go to the Mind & Body tab under the main Activities tab and choose the Martial Arts option. In the next window, pick any of the martial arts from the list and keep going to the class until you master them. During my run, I selected karate and went to four classes until I got the Lantern.
Blue Paper Lantern: Read Any Book
- Another very easy task of the Lunar New Year Scavenger Hunt. Go to the Mind & Body section of the Activities tab and select the Book option. A list will appear with various books. Pick a book of your choice and go through all the pages to complete the book, or watch a video ad to finish it immediately.
Green Paper Lantern: Go on a New Diet
- For starting a new diet, go to the same Mind & Body tab and press the Diet button. Immediately, you will be presented with various diet options. Pick one of your liking and stick with that for that particular year to finish this.
White Paper Lantern: Pray to the BitLife Gods
- This is a funny one. Open the Activities tab and go to the bottom to find an option called Pray that allows you to pray to the BitLife developers/gods. You can ask for anything from wealth to happiness rating. Once you do that, you will obtain this Lantern. Remember, your prayers need not be answered to get the Lantern, and praying is more than enough.
Pink Paper Lantern: Get Married
- It's time for the wedding bells. After turning 18, click on the Love option and find a suitable date. Increase the relationship rating with them by gifting, spending time, and making out. Once it turns 100%, purchase a ring and propose to them. Immediately, plan a wedding and get married.
Aqua Paper Lantern: Have a Baby
- This is like a continuation of the previous Lantern. After getting married, continuously have a physical relationship with your other half until you get pregnant. Yes, this particular one requires you to be a woman. So, if you are not a woman, you have to start a separate life and get pregnant by your boyfriend, husband, or even strangers. Once you deliver the baby, you will get the Aqua Paper Lantern.
Purple Paper Lantern: Attend a Concert
- To attend a concert in BitLife, you need a friend. So, click on one of your friend's names from the Relationship tab. In your mutual Activities tab, select the Concert option and attend a concert night with your friend on the weekend.
Red Paper Lantern: Kill Someone
- The final task of the Lunar New Year Scavenger Hunt is to murder someone. Go to the Crime section under the Activities tab and click on the Murder option. Now, pick a target and a technique for killing. Press the Murder button to kill the target.
What is the reward for completing the BitLife Lunar New Year Scavenger Hunt?
If you manage to get all the above Lanterns, you will complete the Lunar New Year Scavenger Hunt and get the exclusive Year of the Snake Cap Accessory Item.
