Blue Lock Rivals Patch Notes - King Rework and Goal Rush Game Mode

Here's a list of what's going to be reworked and updated in the new Blue Lock Rivals update:

King Style Rework

• Rarity changed from Legendary to Mythic.
• The first Skill changed from King's Impact to Lion Chop Faint. Lion Chop Faint breaks opponents' ankles and ragdolls them temporarily. Also provides a short speed buff. Has two charges.
• The second Skill, King's Dribble is reworked. It combines the old triple zig-zag dribble with the King's Impact skill to shoot the ball after dribbling.
• The cutscene was reworked for King's Awakening.
• King's First awakening skill changed to King of the Jungle. King enters the zone, faints the nearest enemy, and shoots the ball toward the goal.
• The second awakening skill was reworked to a stronger version of the reworked King's Dribble.
• King's final ability in Awakening, Predation, has been added. It is a cutscene skill that shoots the ball into the goal with a lot of power.

Limited-time cosmetics and flair items exclusive to King will also be added to the in-game shop.

Goal Rush Duos Game Mode Added

The Goal Rush Duos game mode is added, which has a 2v2v2v2 game setup, essentially an eight-player game mode in teams of two. The objective is to score as many goals as possible in the stipulated time for your team while stopping the other three teams from scoring goals. The Goal switches position every time a team scores.

The reward for this mode is a new currency, called Star Tokens. The more goals scored and the higher your team ranks at the end of the round, the more Star Tokens are rewarded to you. These can be used to buy cosmetics, emotes, and more from the limited-time store.

Two Leaderboards are added for the Goal Rush Game Mode, one for the most Goals, and another for the most Wins. The top 3, 25, and 100 players on these leaderboards can win tons of rewards like Lucky Spins, Cosmetics, and more.
